Kendall Smith LISW-S, GPCC
Kendall is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a Gestalt Certified Professional Coach. Kendall began her path as a social worker 27 years ago working with individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities. She continued her career working in Children and Family Services both in Ohio and Cook County, Illinois. Kendall is fluent in American Sign Language and has experience working with the Deaf community. She started her private coaching and counseling practice in 2005 which focuses on family issues, couples work, anxiety disorders, substance abuse issues and depression. Kendall began incorporating her horses into her work in 2010 after becoming certified as a Experiential Learning with Horses Practitioner through Lake Erie College and The Spirit of Leadership, LLC. Kendall loves being out in nature, hiking with her dogs and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys trail riding, ranch sorting and obstacle competitions with her horses. She is the owner of Sagewind Coaching and Counseling Services.
Linda L. Brown, Ph. D.
Linda earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology after working in business for over twenty years in Human Resources, including leadership positions. She works with a wide range of clients from small to large, with experience in healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit, oil and gas, public sector, aerospace, education, financial services, and family-owned businesses. Linda is a Gestalt-certified Executive Coach and works extensively in the areas of leadership development, talent management, organizational assessment and change, team development, and psychological assessment. She is passionate about the outdoors, her clients, and her dog/best buddy, Jack. She has owned horses who taught her much more than she ever learned in a classroom!

Susan Vesely PCC-S, NCC.
Susan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Susan began her career in the social service field 25 years ago working as an assistant instructor at The Therapeutic Riding Center ( now Fieldstone Farm). She later went on to working with families and children at Portage County Head Start and after she obtained her counseling license worked at a community mental health agency for 12 years, three of which she served as the Clinical Director. Susan is trained in critical incident stress debriefing and was a team leader for the Lake County Trauma Response Team for over 10 years. Susan's specialties include solution focused therapy, crisis intervention, supervision and older adult issues. Susan enjoys the outdoors, trout fishing, trail riding and taking her horses to local parades. She also is a competitor in ranch sorting and ranch obstacle competitions at the Great Geauga County Fair.
